The Gala Dinner will be held on Saturday 20 September at Mercure Telford Centre Hotel, Forge Gate, Telford Centre, TF3 4NA. 7.30pm for 8pm. Fencers are welcome to bring a guest.

First Course
- Shropshire vegetable soup, chive crème fraiche (v)
- Chilled seasonal melon slices, mango and passion fruit salsa (v)
- Ardennes liver paté, sourdough bread, red onion jam
Main Course
- Seared chicken breast, roast potatoes, thyme and red wine sauce
- Oven roasted Pollock, herb sauce (GF)
- Roasted pepper filled with garlic and lemon cous cous, ratatouille (v, Ve+)
Pudding
- Baked vanilla cheesecake, berry compote, vanilla sauce
