The Hampshire Open is a unique event on the fencing calendar because it holds a senior and a veteran event on the same weekend, with weapons held on opposite days so that veterans can compete in both events in one weekend. This competition is fondly known as the ‘Hamster’ and welcomes vets of all ages and abilities.
